Coach and trainer for leaders / executives since 2010, principal consultant in higher education and science consulting, staunch advocate of democracy and plurality, lover of French things, handball enthusiast, resident of Radebeul near Dresden and also very mobile.

My understanding of coaching combines systemic, solution-oriented and constructivist approaches. 

In parallel to my work as a coach and trainer, I also serve as a principal consultant to universities and scientific institutions in the areas of strategy, organisational and leadership development.

This work is based on my certified training and further education as a coach and trainer for leaders, as a mediator and as a resilience trainer.

My professional experience includes many years as president of a state-recognised private university.

I also completed an interdisciplinary degree in economics and social sciences with a focus on occupational and industrial psychology at the University of Lüneburg, supplemented by studies at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel.
